My passion for cooking comes from all the family moments in my childhood, the meal preperation time with my grandparents and also the chance to be close to the products in their vegetable garden made me want to become a cook at a young age.

When I turned 14, I started my apprenticeship at first on the Ile de Ré and later in different starred or non-star houses in Paris. I had the chance to meet several chefs who all instilled in me the love for products, open-mindedness and also perpetual questioning.

After a few years working in beautiful restaurants (Prince of Wales 1 *, Grand Cascade 1 *, Masa 1 *), I was selected to participate in the TV cooking contest “Top Chef season 6” this experience allowed me to gain self-confidence and to discover what I was really capable of.

So I started working as a chef at the “Kube Hotel” in Paris for 2 years and then at “the elbow machine” in Boulogne Billancourt. I opened my first restaurant in September in Paris in the 17th arrondissement called “Petit Gris”. We can sit there and enjoy seasonal produce live from the producers. Everything has been thought to make my guests feel at home and have a good time.
