Belledonne: Made in Savoie
Today, supported by around a hundred employees, Pain de Belledonne is originally an organic artisanal bakery created in the 90s in the Belledonne massif in Savoie. Production began on a farm in the mountains, and Bruno Anquetil, the founder, does everything himself. This territorial anchoring has accompanied the company's development, since supplies are sourced locally, from farmers and millers in each production region.

Moulin des Moines: in the heart of the Alsatian countryside
With 1500 cereal varieties, from the most common to the most forgotten, Moulin des Moines forged its identity in the heart of the Vosges Mountains. Around the 13th century, monks from the Cistercian abbey of Neubourg had the mill built. This is where it all began. Since then, Moulin des Moines has been transforming its products according to Alsatian tradition: spaetzle, pretzels, gingerbread, anisbredele, and more.
