As France's leading organic region, Occitanie continues to demonstrate its dynamism and resilience in the face of challenges facing the sector. With more than 14 organic producersrepresenting 21% of regional farmers, the Occitan organic sector stands out for its know-how, its sustainable commitments and its strong territorial roots.

In a context where 54% of French people consume organic products at least once a month, the market shows signs of stabilization and renewed interest. 24% of consumers even say they have been buying more organic products over the past year, a trend that supports the development of committed regional businesses. This year, nearly 60 emblematic Occitan organic companies are already expected at Natexpo, the essential meeting place for professionals in the sector, to highlight their innovations and their local commitment. In 2023, 12% of exhibitors were from the Occitanie region.
