The Government is putting in place an exceptional support system for 2022 trade fairs welcoming more than 500 exhibitors (Decree No. 2022-370 of March 16, 2022).
Eligible exhibitors can benefit from a top-up of up to 50% maximum of their incurred expenses. This is the year to (re)come to Natexpo!
Who is eligible?
- Direct exhibitors who did not exhibit directly at the 2020 edition
- SMEs with fewer than 250 employees
- Turnover less than €50 million / Balance sheet less than €43 million
- Company established in France or having a branch in France
How much aid is granted?
- 50% maximum of the stand rental cost (bare surface basis)
- Maximum budget of €12,500 excluding VAT per exhibitor
- Eligible costs: surface area, angle, registration fee
How can I benefit from it?

- Request to be made before the event and up to 2 months after the show
