These Natexpo exhibitors have seen great growth!
From their first participation in Natexpo in 2017 to today, a look back at the beautiful story of Local en Bocal 🌱

Hello Charlotte, could you tell us a little about yourself and your background?

I'm an agricultural engineer and have always been passionate about agriculture and driven by environmental protection. When I founded Local en Bocal in 2014, I wanted to work directly with producers and contribute to the development of the local organic sector, while having the lowest possible impact.

The main thrust of Local en Bocal was above all to process organic and local vegetables, and quite quickly, we specialized in the recovery of agricultural sorting waste. We have developed real expertise in dealing with ugly seasonal vegetables, which is not always easy on a daily basis! Little by little, we welcomed people in social difficulties and supported them as best we could, before officially becoming an "Insertion Company" 3 years ago. So many steps, so many learnings and enrichment!

Since your last participation in the show, how has Local en Bocal evolved?

Local en Bocal, after two very difficult years, is back on track and has been generating healthy sales figures since September! Let's hope this growth continues in the coming months.

What role did the Natexpo trade fair play in the development of your business?

This is another opportunity to meet some of our buyers, customers, and prospects. It's also a great opportunity to share with other organic businesses, nourishing and rejuvenating.

Is there a particular moment that marked the history of Local in a Jar ?

Our listing on the Biocoop Sud-Est platform! A moment we've been waiting for a long time and which has given us renewed confidence in the future.

What are your goals and plans for the future of the company?

Continue our business development, visit our reseller customers, visit all the Biocoops in the South-East, and continue to offer good products that respect their long-standing commitments: organic, local, the fight against food waste, taste and inclusion!

Your daily organic reflex?

Continue to reuse the cardboard boxes returned to us by our retail stores, even if it takes time and is less attractive!

We wish you the same success as them! Join the next edition from November 30 to December 2, 2025 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles 👇
