Inventive, innovative, and authentic, the organic food brands exhibiting at Natexpo illustrate the dynamism of this growing market. The organic food market more than quadrupled between 2005 and 2016, growing from approximately €1,5 billion to over €7 billion. Organic product sales in the first six months of 2017 exceeded those of the first half of 2016 by €500 million. Today, nearly 7 out of 10 French people consume organic products at least once a month, and more than 8 out of 10 believe that the development of this production method is important.
