- Gaëlle Frémont – Founder, Ingrébio
Expert in the promotion of organic food ingredients, with more than 20 years of experience. She founded the consulting firm INGREBIO 10 years ago to meet the challenges of organic formulation and sourcing of food processors wishing to develop ranges of organic products. She runs the ingrebio.fr platform which informs and supports players in the food industry and organic food supplements. She also leads the Organic Ingredients Forum at the Natexpo trade show.
- Sylvain Zaffaroni – Founder, Pour nourrir demain
Co-founder of “Pour nourrir demain”, a media that highlights sustainable food innovation in France and internationally. He is at the initiative with Marion Mashhady of the Community “Pour nourrir demain” which brings together French food brands to commit together to (re)build the agri-food system in a sustainable way.
- François Deschamps – Founder, Plan B(io)
He is the founder and editor-in-chief of the media specializing in professional information on the organic sector: Plan B(io). In the space of three years, Plan B(io) has established itself as a reference digital medium for managers and decision-makers in organic companies. Professional and economic press journalist for more than 15 years, passionate about topics related to distribution, food or digital, François has held various positions as a journalist and section editor in BtoB magazines, such as E-Commerce Mag or even LSA.
- Antoine Lemaire – Chief Editor, Bio Linéaire
Originally from the Lemaire family, a pioneer in organic farming in the 1950s, he has been working in organic farming for 35 years. In 1988, he co-founded the organic magazine “Du Sol à la Table” which followed the first organic magazine “Agriculture & Vie” created in 1964 by his family. In 2005, he co-founded the BtoB magazine Bio Linéaires. At the same time, he has worked in various organic sectors: cereal trader, F&V wholesaler, etc. He has been involved since 2004 as a trainer with Synadis Bio. Considered one of the best organic specialists in France, he is also a consultant and hosts numerous meetings with the sector and companies in the sector.
- Laure Jeandemange – Journalist, Les Nouvelles Esthétiques
After studying Modern Letters, Communication and finally Commerce, Laure Jeandemange joined the professional clothing company Beauty Street. Thanks to her, the company really took off.
She then joined Les Nouvelles Esthétiques. It was his grandfather, H. Pierantoni, who created the reference magazine in 1952 as well as the International Aesthetics & Spa Congress, the iconic meeting of the profession which brings together every year, Porte de Versailles more than 20,000 beauty and wellness professionals. Today, the company is still a family business.
Laure is the editor-in-chief of Nouvelles Esthétiques and Beauty Spa, on a daily basis, she is in contact with beauticians, brands, trainers, consultants, she goes to all the events that address beauty, aesthetics , spa, wellness and in the Congresses organized by the 10 international editions of Nouvelles Esthétiques around the world.
She captures from all sides, all the questions, issues, innovations, trends in the sector.
Her goal: To enhance aesthetics and the beautician.
