What are the stand prices at Natexpo 2025?

We invite you to complete the admission application form located on this pageThe sales team will get back to you with all the information you need to exhibit at the show.

What is the deadline for submitting my registration file?

There is no deadline as such, but the sooner the better.

This will allow you to benefit from the entire communication plan of the show, to be positioned in an optimal location (stands are allocated in order of arrival of files), to prepare and communicate about your presence.

Can we pay in installments?

When paying by credit card, you have the option to pay by monthly automatic payment from your registration date until September 15, 2025.

By bank transfer, payment should be made in two installments: 50% including tax, to be attached to the application for admission, the balance 15 days after the date of issue of the balance invoice after validation of your location. Any registration made after August 31, 2025 must be accompanied by the full amount due by the exhibitor.

Can we choose our location?

The trade fair organizer remains the decision maker on the location of the stands and operates according to the following process:

◗ Regional pavilions and international pavilions occupying several blocks are set up as a priority

◗ The following are then taken into account in the implementation work: the date of receipt of the complete file including payment, the technical prerogatives linked to the stand, the sectorization and the competition issues.

Requests for location, proximity or distance from other companies are possible, the organizer will do its best to take them into consideration but cannot commit to respecting them. However, remember to notify them. For any location that does not satisfy the exhibitor, the organizer will offer, to the extent possible, a maximum of 2 other choices.

Are there any group stands/pavilions?

Regional authorities are setting up collective pavilions. This allows you to benefit from excellent visibility and also to be supported throughout your preparation for the show. We can provide you with the contact information of the organization responsible for organizing your regional pavilion upon request.

Can we share a stand with other exhibitors?

It is entirely possible to share your stand with one or more companies. Each co-exhibitor must return a co-exhibitor registration form to the show organizer, along with certificates and product information. This will validate the co-exhibitor's commitment to the show and their compliance with Natexpo's internal regulations. A registration fee for each co-exhibitor must be paid by the main exhibitor or co-exhibitors.
