Registration

What are the exhibiting fees on Natexpo 2023?

We would invite you to fill in this form in order to receive your registration kit. The sales team will get back to you with every information you may need about exhibiting at Natexpo.

What’s the deadline to register as an exhibitor?

There is no deadline per se, but the sooner the better.

This will allow you to benefit from the full communication plan, to be positioned in an optimal location (the booths are allocated in order of arrival of files), to prepare and communicate about your presence.

Can I pay in instalments?

A 50% deposit has to be enclosed with the admission form. The balance should be payed within 15 days after the date of balance invoice, as soon as your stand is confirmed. Any registration occurring after 31st July 2023 must include the total owing.

Can I choose my booth location?

The exhibition organizer remains the decision-maker on stands layout and operates according to the following process:

◗ Priority is given to the regional pavilions and international pavilions occupying several islands

◗ Implementation work is then taken into account : the date of receipt of the complete file including payment, the technical prerogatives related to the stand, the sectorization and the competition issues. Wishes to set up, proximity or distance from other companies are possible, with the organizer doing his best to take them by consideration but cannot commit to them. Think however to notify them. We do not set a limit on the number of exhibitors per type of product, so after a certain amount of progress in implementation we cannot guarantee keeping your competitors in the living room away from you. For any location that does not bring satisfaction to the exhibitor, the organizer will propose, as far as possible, 2 other choices maximum.

Are there any collective or regional pavilions?

The regions are setting up collective pavilions. This allows you to benefit from a larger visibility, but also to be accompanied throughout your preparation of the show. We can provide you, upon request, with the contact details of the structure in charge of organizing the pavilion in your region.

Can I share a booth with other exhibitors?

It is quite possible to share your booth with one or more companies. Each co-exhibitor must return to the show organizer a co-exhibitor registration file with certificates and product information. This will validate the co-exhibitor’s commitment to the show and his compliance with Natexpo’s internal regulations. A registration for each co-exhibitor must be paid by the main exhibitor or the co-exhibitors.
