Experience as an international chef: Paris, New York and Bermuda but also leading addresses such as Ledoyen, the Plaza Athénée, Le Normandie in Deauville, Bernard Loiseau…

In 1996, he gave a new direction to his career: cooking and carving fruits and vegetables. He also played a key role in the Ministry of Agriculture’s deployment of a national healthy eating scheme (5 fruit and veg a day)

In 2007: founded Créasaveurs, a Fruit and Vegetable design consultancy.

In 2008: won the French fruit and vegetable carving championship followed in 2010 by the European championship.

In 2011: won the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France.

 

Around the values of the French gastronomic terroir…

Creation and conceptualization of recipes, development of menus, catering and finger buffets…

A culinary advisor, working in the agri-food sector, technical and artistic engineering, the creator of event concepts…

In 2000 he was awarded the Agricultural Medal of Merit and Interfel award for the creation of the “fraich’attitude”.

In 2010 he was awarded the Silver Medal for Volunteer working and Commitment.

In 2010: he created the first Fruit and Vegetable Academy in France. In 2015, he opened the first fruit and vegetable school in Rungis.

 

A true ambassador of the French terroir, he shares his knowledge by conducting training activities with high school students, cooks or bartenders, in France and all over the world.
