Since 2019, Ecotable has been supporting the restaurant sector in its ecological transition, whether in commercial or collective catering. The team has developed its “Impact” platform, which allows restaurateurs to audit their practices and obtain a personalized action plan to effectively reduce their environmental impact. This platform also provides access to educational resources, as well as a directory of more than 500 committed service providers and suppliers to facilitate their efforts. Following the environmental audit carried out on the Impact platform, the most virtuous establishments can obtain the Ecotable label, and be listed on their map of committed restaurants.
Ecotable now supports nearly 700 restaurant professionals throughout France, and more than 300 addresses are now certified.
