At the next edition of Natexpo in Lyon, Synadis Bio will offer mini training sessions on a variety of topics, such as CSR, fruit and vegetables, the organic grocery store, cosmetics, dietary supplements and dairy products. The aim is to introduce you to the training catalogue developed by them and supported by Opcommerce.
The Click&Form system
Click&Form is a web platform that offers a catalogue of training courses selected by Opcommerce. All member companies of Opcommerce, whatever their size, can use this service. For companies with under 50 employees, Opcommerce pays for 100% of the training costs for up to three registrations per company and per year (subject to available funds). Companies with over 50 employees can claim a 20% reduction on eligible courses.
Discover the Click&Form courses on the Synadis Bio or Opcommerce website. Click&Form is funded by mandatory employer contributions from the sector, which Synadis Bio manages with social partners.
Synadis Bio’s aim in creating a training centre
Synadis Bio Formation aims to meet the training needs of organic retail shops. Training is essential today as it develops employees’ skills and potential. That’s why every training course offered in the catalogue is designed, developed and given by professionals in their field.
If a course is not in the catalogue, Synadis Bio Formation will listen to your needs and provide a solution for your training project. The courses can be delivered in-house or inter-company, face-to-face or remotely when possible.
The courses can take place on your premises if you wish, otherwise a solution close to your company will be provided.
About Synadis Bio
Synadis Bio is the employers’ association for organic shops. It has 19 directors representing over 2,500 shops and over 25,000 employees. Created in September 1999 by representatives of independent and chain shops specialising in organic produce, Synadis Bio defends and represents the interests of organic retail shops. It includes both chain stores and many independent retailers. Synadis Bio is therefore the union for the entire profession. It is recognised by the state as a representative union, which gives it responsibility for managing the collective agreement and joint negotiations.
In addition, the union works to promote the organic sector through lobbying and large-scale joint projects. Do not hesitate to find out more at the stand in the Organic Retailers Village or on the website www.synadisbio.com
