1% for the Planet is a non-profit organization, launched in 2002 in the United States. The community now has 6,000 philanthropic entrepreneurs worldwide.
France is the leading country in terms of members in Europe, with more than 1,000 members to date, including Léa Nature, Caudalie, Triballat and Maisons du Monde.
Joining 1% means committing to donating 1% of its annual turnover excluding VAT (regardless of the result, profit or loss) directly to approved associations or via the 1% for the Planet endowment fund.
